Accenture is seeking a Banking Consultant to lead and deliver IT transformational projects in the Financial Services sector. You will coach teams, manage scope, and ensure high-value outcomes for clients across global engagements.

You will drive project estimation, planning, and delivery while collaborating with near-shore or off-shore teams and contributing to RFP/RFIs. Fluency in Dutch and/or French and English is required.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in at least one key banking domain (e.g. Payments, Cards, Credits, Accounts)
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, English is mandatory
• Experienced in resource management, team coaching, scope management, risk/issues management, quality assurance
• Knowledge of project estimation and planning and delivery management frameworks and skills
• Experience with different delivery methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with near-shore or off-shore teams
• Excellent people management skills
• Ability to contribute in RFP/RFIs
• Affinity with AI is an asset
