Accenture Belgium is seeking a Banking Senior Analyst to join our international IT transformation projects in the Financial Services sector. You will shape and deliver client solutions, grow your banking and technology skills, and collaborate with nearshore and offshore teams across Accenture's global network.

You will analyze complex issues, manage your own scope within projects, and apply AI-driven approaches to enhance client experiences while contributing to a diverse, inclusive corporate

Qualifications

• Experience in at least one banking domain (payments, cards, credits, accounts).
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French; English mandatory.
• Experience with requirements analysis and solution description.
• Ability to work independently and manage own scope.
• Experience with different delivery methodologies; near/shore/offshore teamwork is a plus.
• Affinity with AI is an asset.

Job Qualifications

• You have work experience in at least one key banking domain (e.g. Payments, Cards, Credits, Accounts)
  


• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, English is mandatory
  


• Experienced in requirements analysis, solution description
  


• You work independently and can manage your own scope
  


• Experience with different delivery methodologies and frameworks
  


• Experience with working with near-shore or off-shore teams is an asset
