Accenture Belgium is seeking an Insurance Consultant to shape and deliver innovative solutions for clients in the Financial Services sector. You will lead a portion of the project scope with your team, growing both insurance and technology skills while leveraging AI to enhance client experiences.

With 4+ years in insurance and strong people-management capabilities, you will contribute to international IT transformation initiatives and help strengthen Accenture's global Insurance network across

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in at least one key insurance domain.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French; English is mandatory.
• Experience in resource management, team coaching, scope management, risk/issues management, quality assurance.
• Knowledge of project estimation and planning and delivery management related frameworks and skills.
• Experience with different delivery methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with near-shore or off-shore teams.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Affinity with AI is an asset.

Job Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in at least one key insurance domain (e.g. Life, Non-Life)
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, English is mandatory
• Experienced in resource management, team coaching, scope management, risk/issues management, quality assurance
• Knowledge of project estimation and planning and delivery management related frameworks and skills.
• Experience with different delivery methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with working with near-shore or off-shore teams
• Excellent people management skills
• Ability to contribute in RFP/RFIs
• Affinity with AI is an asset
