ING Belgium is offering an Intern Administrative Support position in Daily Banking Private Individuals Back Office / Successions / Public Authorities across Ghent, Brussels and Louvain-La-Neuve. Our Customer Loyalty Teams strive to exceed customer wishes every day, guided by the ING TOUCH culture of hospitality and ownership.

As a Back Office Intern you will analyse requests, obtain approvals, collect information from customers, and ensure end-to-end follow-up within the SLA.

• Process customer requests from analysis to approvals within SLA.
• Ensure end-to-end follow-up of the files entrusted to you.
• Take ownership to provide answers and solutions to customers.

• Put hospitality and the customer first in every journey.
• Monitor compliance with legislation and GDPR.
• Contact clients by phone to secure E2E results.
