ING Belgium is seeking an Back Office Intern to support daily banking operations in Ghent, Brussels, and Louvain-La-Neuve. You will analyze customer requests, collect information, obtain approvals, and contact customers to ensure E2E resolution within SLA.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with Dutch or French knowledge, autonomous, team players, and customer-centric, with MS Office skills. Internship of at least three months with 2 days/week availability required.

Qualifications

Fluent in English with good knowledge of Dutch or French.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Autonomous with ability to deliver on time and in quality.
Team player with hospitality and customer-centric mindset.
Currently a student and seeking an internship of at least three months, available 2 days/week.

Responsabilités

Take necessary actions to complete tasks within the SLA, including analysis and collecting approvals.
Ensure end-to-end follow-up of files entrusted to you.
Provide answers and solutions to customers' questions (E2E).
Exceed customer expectations and deliver WOW moments.
Prioritize hospitality and the customer in every journey.
Monitor compliance with legislation and GDPR.
