Accent Jobs for People NV in Belgium seeks a bakery operator to keep the production line running and monitor the baking process. You operate one or more production machines, set them correctly, start up the line, and closely follow the production flow.

You prepare recipes according to instructions, take samples, check parameters and ensure the process continues smoothly. You assemble and disassemble parts during changeovers and keep the line neat, while following safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment is preferred.
• Technical insight and smooth handling of automated machines.
• Adequate knowledge of Dutch or English to understand work instructions.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
• Interest in food production and a proactive, careful attitude toward quality, order, cleanliness and safety.

Responsabilités

As an operator in the bakery, you keep the production line running and monitor the baking process.You operate one or more production machines and independently control the production line.You set machines correctly, start up the line, and closely follow the production process.You prepare recipes according to the prescribed instructions and ensure that the process continues smoothly.You monitor the baking process and check the quality of the products through sample taking and parameter checks.You assemble and disassemble parts during a product change or after production.You keep the production line neat and orderly and work according to the safety, quality, and hygiene regulations.

Fixed salary + shift premiums

Leave arrangements are as follows.You receive 20 days of annual leave.There is no collective closure.You can schedule your leave freely.
