Accent Jobs for People NV is seeking a bakery operator to keep the production line running and monitor the baking process. You will operate production machines, start up the line, prepare recipes, and ensure the process continues smoothly while following safety and hygiene rules.

The role requires technical insight, ability to handle automated machines, and basic Dutch or English to understand instructions. A 2-shift system and shift premiums are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Preferably experience as an operator or within a production environment.
• Technical insight and easy handling of automated machines.
• Sufficient knowledge of Dutch or English to understand work instructions.

Responsabilités

• Keep the production line running and monitor the baking process.
• Operate one or more production machines and control the line independently.
• Prepare recipes according to prescribed instructions and ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor baking process and check product quality by sampling and parameter checks.
• Assemble/disassemble parts during product changes and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and hygiene regulations.

As an operator in the bakery, you keep the production line running and monitor the baking process.You operate one or more production machines and independently control the production line.You set machines correctly, start up the line and closely follow up the production process.You prepare recipes according to the prescribed instructions and ensure that the process continues smoothly.You monitor the baking process and check the quality of the products through sampling and parameter checks.You assemble and disassemble parts during a product change or after production.You keep the production line clean and orderly and work according to the safety, quality and hygiene regulations.
