ING Belgium is offering a temporary intern position in the Back Office / Daily Banking area. You will join Customer Loyalty Teams in a culture that emphasizes hospitality and ownership, handling tasks from analysis to approvals and direct customer contact.

The role focuses on end-to-end customer requests, ensuring compliance and a WOW customer experience, while developing professional skills in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of Dutch or French.
• You are currently a student and looking for an internship of at least three months with a minimum 2 days/week.
• You possess an empathic, customer-focused attitude and hospitality orientation.
• You are autonomous, a team player and eager to learn.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Take actions to complete the tasks successfully: from thorough analysis to collecting approvals, calling the customer to gather details, all within the SLA.
• Ensure the correct end-to-end follow-up of the files entrusted to you.
• Take ownership to provide answers and solutions to customers (E2E).
• Always exceeding our customers’ expectations - WOW effect.
• Putting hospitality and the customer first in every journey.
• Monitor compliance with legislation and GDPR.
• Contact clients directly by phone to ensure E2E results for the customer.
