Job summary

Bancontact Company in Brussels seeks a B2B Marketing, Events & Sponsorship Manager to drive merchant lifecycle marketing, content, and a high-profile events portfolio. This role emphasizes partnerships with banks, PSPs, and federations, merging CRM campaigns with on-site activations.

You will report to the CMO and join a team of five marketing professionals focusing on B2B communications for merchants, consumers, and partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing and lifecycle campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual portfolio of music festivals and events (~30).
• Lead B2B marketing via CRM, content, and channel ownership.
• Develop merchant-focused content and asset toolkits.
• Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships and activations.
• Oversee Post-event evaluation and KPI reporting.
• Drive CSR and internal engagement related to events.

Education

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience
