ITproposal is seeking a skilled Solution Architect to design and guide secure, scalable IT systems in a public-sector context. You will lead architectural decisions, align technologies with business goals, and drive a cloud-native transition.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership, architecture governance, and collaboration with development teams to deliver robust integrations and modern platforms.

Qualifications

• Expert experience in Solution Architecture.
• Proficient with Microsoft .NET / C# / .NET Core.
• Solid knowledge of ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework.
• Experience building REST APIs and WCF services.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Blazor is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design software architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Define technology, framework, and tool choices within the .NET ecosystem.
• Create architecture documentation, standards, guidelines, and technical blueprints.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to development teams.
• Design and oversee integrations using REST APIs, external services, and legacy systems.
• Ensure performance, security, availability, compliance, and software quality.
• Develop prototypes and proof of concepts for new solutions.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Follow and implement relevant emerging technologies and best practices.
