Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking a Bertha Certified Test Operator to support autonomous vehicle testing. You will operate and monitor AVs, document anomalies, and interact with ride-hailing passengers to gather real-world insights.

Candidates must hold Bertha Certification, a valid Class C license with a clean record and be at least 21. The role involves shift work, including nights and weekends, and requires strong judgment and clear communication.

• Excellent judgment, focus, and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles with a focus on safety and system performance.
• Provide real-time observations and log anomalies using dedicated software tools.
• Engage with ride-hailing passengers as part of the AV experience.
• Execute route testing in diverse environments, including city and highway scenarios.

• Generate comprehensive test reports and collaborate with engineering teams.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Bertha Certified Test Operator to support our autonomous vehicle projects. The Bertha certification indicates a high level of competence in real-world vehicle testing, system awareness, and public interaction—critical for gathering meaningful data and maintaining a safe AV experience.
