Job summary

Médiane Benelux is seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join the Validation team and own test management for specific modules of automotive products. You will ensure validation meets performance, quality, and timing targets while coordinating with cross-functional teams across design, validation, and R&D.

The role requires hands-on testing experience with hybrid powertrains and automatic transmissions, strong analytical skills, and fluent English communication in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Automotive Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate concrete test requests into detailed test procedures and define required test equipment.
• Convert abstract test needs into executable test plans.
• Oversee execution of product design validation plan to meet milestones.
• Manage mid- and long-term planning and translate it into weekly test activities.
• Identify and resolve potential roadblocks impacting progress.
• Prepare, coordinate, perform and analyze development tests with clear reports.
• Collaborate with design, validation and R&D to optimize test outcomes.
• Contribute to ISO 17025 quality standards compliance.
