Médiane Benelux is seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join the Validation team, owning test management for product modules and ensuring validation meets performance, quality, and timing targets.

You will translate test requests into detailed procedures, define equipment, and oversee execution of the product design validation plan with cross-functional teams, contributing to high-quality automotive solutions.

Formación

• Master's degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in automotive testing and testing facilities.
• Experience with hybrid powertrains and automatic transmissions.
• Ability to lead or coordinate a small testing team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Translate test requests into detailed procedures and define test equipment.
• Convert abstract test needs into executable test plans.
• Oversee the validation plan execution and meet milestones.
• Plan mid- and long-term testing and convert to weekly activities.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks that impact progress.
• Prepare, coordinate, perform, and analyze tests with clear reports.
• Collaborate with design, validation, and R&D to optimize test outcomes.
• Ensure quality standards align with ISO 17025.
