SPERTON - Where Great People Meet is seeking engineers for automotive product development, encompassing market analysis, reverse engineering, prototype development and type-approval activities. The role involves close collaboration with experienced engineering teams on cutting-edge automotive applications and manufacturing technologies.

The position offers hands-on involvement across the complete product lifecycle and exposure to international standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GD&T and detailing standards.
• Hands-on experience with NX or similar CAD tools.
• Knowledge of sheet metal, plastics, weldments, castings, tooling, and machining.
• Experience in benchmarking, DFMEA, and VAVE.
• Ability to read and interpret complex manufacturing drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform product and market analysis for automotive applications.
• Define product design standards and review engineering drawings.
• Coordinate prototype launch activities and follow-ups.
• Support type approval calculations and compliance requirements.
• Conduct reverse engineering using scanned data.
• Perform benchmarking and VAVE studies.
• Work closely with manufacturing and tooling teams.
• Interpret complex manufacturing and assembly drawings.
