Jobtailor in Belgium (Henegouwen) seeks a data reporting analyst to translate business needs into structured specifications and deliver actionable reports using Qlik Sense and Excel Power Query. You will validate data across ERP systems and ensure alignment with processes while supporting key users.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data reporting and analysis.
• Experience in reporting/data analysis involving interaction with business units.
• Excellent command of French required; business-level English.

Responsabilités

• Analyze requests from the ticketing system.
• Understand business needs and evaluate requests.
• Document requirements as structured specifications.
• Design and develop reports using Qlik Sense, Excel, and Excel via Power Query.
• Adapt and improve existing reports.
• Identify and propose alternative solutions when limitations arise.
• Validate data consistency from the ERP and other systems.
• Ensure alignment with current business processes.
• Train and support Key Users.
• Document reports and their use.
• Communicate updates and changes.
• Provide functional support and propose corrective actions.
