About the Role

As a Technical Product Manager, you will own the definition and development of our audio solutions, translating product vision into concrete features and specifications and ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and application teams. This is a key position in shaping what we build and how it is translated into market‑ready products.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product ideas and requirements into clear specifications, features, and use cases.
• Take ownership of product definition within development projects, including scope, priorities, and trade‑offs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to align concept, design, and implementation.
• Serve as the central point of alignment among product, engineering, and application teams.
• Define and validate product requirements, acceptance criteria, and functional behavior.
• Support decision‑making throughout the development process, balancing performance, cost, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with Product Operations to support the creation and validation of product‑related data in ERP/PLM systems.
• Contribute to continuous product improvement based on feedback and product performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Experience in a technical role (R&D, application engineering, system engineering, or similar).
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into structured product definitions.
• Affinity with audio, DSP, or AV systems is a strong plus.
• Structured, analytical, and capable of making decisions within complex environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and responsibility.
