NCR Atleos Corporation is seeking a Customer Engineer I located in Belgium. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repairs of equipment within assigned territories, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with Service Level Agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma, relevant experience, and A+ Certification. Responsibilities include site preparation, responding to customer issues, and performing preventative maintenance on ATMs and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience on Windows XP, Windows 2000 operating systems required.
• Experience in PC Hardware Maintenance and Support.
• A+ Certification is required.
• High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude.

Responsabilités

• Installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment within assigned regions.
• Assist in site preparation and staging of equipment.
• Respond to customer concerns or problems effectively.
• Perform preventative maintenance on assigned products.
• Manage all NCR assets used in the delivery of customer services.
