ACCENT is seeking a service technician in Ronse, Belgium, responsible for diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving issues related to installations. The role involves repairing components, training operators on CAD/CAM machines, and installing new machinery while ensuring effective customer communication.

Candidates should be capable of managing their service schedule independently and utilizing digital tools for administration. Occasional overnight work may be required.

Responsabilités

• Identify, analyze, and solve issues.
• Repair and replace components; adjust and fine-tune installations.
• Align, complete deliveries, and train operators on CAD/CAM machines.
• Install, start up, and assemble new machines, providing customer instructions.
• Read plans and communicate with customers.
• Manage administration through digital tools (check out upon leaving, digital work planning, using a laptop/smartphone).
• Occasional overnight stays.
• Independently organize service planning and work assignments.
