Johnson Controls in Belgium is seeking a System Support Engineer to bolster operations of the Monitoring Alarm Receiving Centre (MARC) in Brussels. The role focuses on providing technical support, installing and upgrading technologies, and driving performance improvements in a fast-paced security environment.

The ideal candidate will have solid Linux and Windows Server experience, strong networking skills, and fluency in Dutch and English with working French.

• Maintain clear and regular communication with management regarding technical topics and progress.
• Coordinate and support data protection compliance activities.
• Ensure technical support services meet corporate and company standards.
• Support technical projects within defined budgets and timelines.
• Maintain a secure and organized working environment (”clean desk” policy).

What you will do

We are a trusted partner in remote surveillance and an established player in the security market. To strengthen our team in Brussels, we are looking for a System Support Engineer to support operations of our Monitoring Alarm Receiving Centre (MARC).

How you will do it

• Provide comprehensive technical support for the Monitoring Alarm Receiving Centre to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
