• Allocate and coordinate internal and external technical resources.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with management regarding technical topics and progress.
• Coordinate and support data protection compliance activities.
• Ensure technical support services meet corporate and company standards.
• Support technical projects within defined budgets and timelines.
• Maintain a secure and organized working environment ("clean desk" policy).

We are a trusted partner in remote surveillance and an established player in the security market. To strengthen our team in Brussels, we are looking for a System Support Engineer to support operations of our Monitoring Alarm Receiving Centre (MARC) .

• Provide comprehensive technical support for the Monitoring Alarm Receiving Centre to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Coordinate and support data protection compliance activities.

• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 processes and INCERT quality certification requirements.
