WSP is seeking an Associate Director Hydrogeologist to lead the Ground & Water business, driving growth, client leadership and team development across the UK. You will oversee multi-disciplinary projects, provide technical direction and ensure quality, cost and schedule adherence.

You will mentor teams in Newcastle and broader regions, manage bids, and strengthen client relationships while promoting innovation and best practices in hydrogeology and remediation.

Competenze

• Degree (and ideally postgraduate) in environmental science, geology, engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered status with a relevant professional body.
• Significant experience in Hydrogeology.
