Nike Retail Services Belgium is seeking an Assistant Head Coach to help lead a high-performing store team and deliver service excellence to shoppers. You will work closely with the Head Coach to drive results and uphold the Nike experience across all touchpoints.

You will assist with recruiting, coaching and development, staff scheduling, and performance management, while ensuring operations meet Nike standards and local market needs.

Qualifications

• Extensive retail experience including management responsibilities.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Must be able to live & work in the Netherlands.
• Experience in leadership roles in retail or similar environments.
• Flexible to work shifts and weekends.
• Passion for NIKE and/or sport/fashion.

• Cooperating with the Head Coach to create a unique shopping experience and deliver service excellence to consumers.
• Coordinating, supporting and supervising a diverse team and managing staffing and development.
• Implementing operational processes to reach sales targets and improve consumer satisfaction.
• Overseeing departments such as Commercial, Athlete and Consumer Experience.
• Supporting the Head Coach in implementing NIKE’s store strategy.
• Providing reports about store activities and consumer insights.
• Ensuring compliance with NIKE standards across the store.
• Collaborating with partners across stores and HQ.

As an Assistant Head Coach you are :

• Cooperating with the Head Coach to create a unique shopping experience and deliver service excellence to our consumers.


• Coordinating, supporting and supervising a diverse team and ensuring an excellent work atmosphere (e.g. recruitment, development, performance management, staffing).


• Implementing operational excellent processes and tools to reach sales targets, optimize services and improve the consumer satisfaction as well as to increase efficiency and productivity.


• Overseeing various departments such as Commercial, Athlete and/or Consumer Experience.


• Supporting Head Coach in implementing NIKE’s strategy in your store (e.g. sustainability, membership, digital services).


• Providing reports about store activities, local marketplace and consumer insights.


• Ensuring that the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelines.


• Cooperating with your business partners across stores and HQ.

What you bring :

• A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport.


• Must be able to live & work in the Netherlands.


• Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions.


• Very good command of English language (writtenand spoken).


• Experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service.


• Ability to coach and develop a strong team.


• Strong focus on communication.


• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends.

Qualifications:
