TADAO is recruiting to join its expanding restaurant team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager / Shift Leader. You will lead a dynamic team, ensure high-quality poke bowls, and deliver exceptional customer service with a smile.

• Managing production and ensuring menu item availability with minimal waste.
• Placing orders and managing stock levels.

• Welcoming and serving customers during lunch and dinner shifts.
• Overseeing delivery platforms and maintaining service standards.
• Ensuring compliance with internal quality, service, and hygiene standards.

• Variable schedule: 5 days out of 7, during the day (including Saturday)

Your mission?

Responsibilities

• Managing production (availability of all menu items, with minimal waste).
• Placing orders and managing stock.
• Training, managing, leading, motivating, and evaluating employees (including recruiting students): task distribution, supervising the duties of a team of front‑of‑house and kitchen staff (2 commis chefs, 10 students).
• Welcoming and serving customers during lunch and/or dinner service and offering them a superb experience.
• Managing delivery platforms (UberEats, Deliveroo, our own Click & Collect...).
• Monitoring compliance with internal standards (cooking times, portions, composition).
• Meeting quality, service, and hygiene standards.
