TADAO in Waterloo is seeking a versatile Kitchen Assistant to join its team. You will meticulously prepare ingredients for our Poke Bowls, enabling confident service by your colleagues, and contribute to a fast-paced, customer‑focused kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Bright, energetic, fast, and meticulous in task execution.
• Experience appreciated; a skills validation test is scheduled.
• A plus: sushi prep or premium Asian cuisine experience.

Responsabilités

• Goods reception and cold preparation.
• Vegetable and fish cutting (mainly) and sauce prep.
• Mise en place and occasional versatile assistance.

Your Profile

• We are looking for a bright, energetic, fast, and meticulous individual in the execution of their tasks.
• Tasks: goods reception, cold preparation, vegetable and fish cutting (mainly), sauce preparation, basic cooking, mise en place, occasional versatile assistance
• Experience appreciated. A skills validation test is scheduled before starting the position.
  • More than experience, it's the attitude that matters most to join Tadao.
• Required qualities: speed, efficiency, punctuality, motivation, teamwork, impeccable hygiene & presentation.
• A plus: experience in sushi preparation and/or premium Asian cuisine

Mobility

You are independent in terms of your mobility and extremely punctual. Your work is essential for the smooth running of the restaurant!

Occasional mobility in Brussels is greatly appreciated to provide support in our 3 Brussels establishments.
