Qplox engineering is seeking an NPI Product Engineer to lead the introduction of cutting-edge ASIC products, driving quality, reliability, and lifecycle improvements across the full product life cycle.

You will tackle complex challenges, improve yield and test processes, and implement Six Sigma-based methods while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electronics Engineering.
• Experience in production engineering, ASIC manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization of complex ASIC products.
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC, and MSA.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++.

• Drive product sustainability by addressing yield and test challenges.
• Develop, implement, and validate improvements related to manufacturing processes and acceptance criteria.
• Lead initiatives to enhance overall product quality and achieve zero customer returns.

• Acceptance criteria
• Lead initiatives to enhance overall product quality and achieve zero customer returns
• Conduct failure analysis investigations and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure robust and scalable product solutions
• Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering
• Experience in production engineering, ASIC manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization of complex technical ASIC products.
• Statistical analysis and Six Sigma methodologies, SPC, MSA
• Proficiency in programming (preferably Python and/or C++)
• Ability to quickly grasp complex ASIC test specifications
• Problem-solving & risk-based decision-making
