Qplox engineering in Leuven is seeking an NPI Product Engineer to own the lifecycle of cutting-edge ASIC products, driving quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.

You will lead yield and test improvements, develop manufacturing and acceptance criteria, and collaborate across functions to deliver robust solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Master in Electronics Engineering, experience in ASIC manufacturing, Six Sigma methods, and proficiency in Python or C++.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electronics Engineering.
• Experience in production engineering, ASIC manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization of complex ASIC products.
• Statistical analysis and Six Sigma methodologies, SPC, MSA.
• Proficiency in programming (Python and/or C++).
• Ability to quickly grasp complex ASIC test specifications.
• Problem-solving & risk-based decision-making.
• Strong organization & communication (English).

• Drive product sustainability by addressing yield and test challenges.
• Develop, implement, and validate improvements related to manufacturing processes, supplier performance, and acceptance criteria.
