ALTEN Belgium is seeking a Process Engineer to support a key pharmaceutical client. You will execute CAPEX projects, lead preprocessing, compounding, formulation and filling initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in engineering, at least 2 years CAPEX management, strong knowledge of aseptic production, and fluency in English and Dutch. The role offers a permanent contract and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of engineering experience, including at least 2 years managing CAPEX projects.
• Strong knowledge of preprocessing, compounding, formulation and filling processes; contract management and project controlling experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Execute CAPEX projects involving preprocessing, compounding, formulation and filling of aseptic products.
• Initiate projects and develop business cases with stakeholders.
• Source and engage with suppliers, manage equipment ordering, conduct design reviews, and oversee FAT/SAT, commissioning and IQ/OQ/PQ testing.
• Manage project budgets and schedules across multiple departments.
• Serve as subject matter expert for preprocessing, compounding, and filling processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and evaluate alternative technologies.
• Define and execute project strategies in line with cost, schedule, quality, and functionality requirements.
