Job summary

Ventula Consulting Ltd. in Antwerp, Belgium, seeks experienced Machine Learning Engineers (Medior & Senior) to join a growing AI/ML team. You will drive the end-to-end ML lifecycle from data processing and model development to deployment in production environments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor juniors, and contribute to client engagements. Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, plus cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP) is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in Python (hands-on ML).
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or Scikit-learn in real projects.
• Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, Spark).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of model deployment using Docker, FastAPI or Flask.

Required Experience

• Strong programming experience in Python.

• Experience with data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy or Apache Spark.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Understanding of model deployment using Docker, FastAPI, Flask or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Knowledge of MLOps and production ML environments.
