CAREL France, the French commercial subsidiary of the CAREL Group, is seeking an Area Sales Manager Belgium/Luxembourg to promote and sell CAREL products and solutions by leveraging commercial and technical expertise.

You will develop revenue across Belgium and Luxembourg, build a partner and distributor network, and strengthen CAREL’s long-term presence in the Belgian market through engagement with system integrators, OEMs, consulting engineers, and end users.

Responsabilités

• Preparation of the annual sales budget and forecasting.
• Negotiation of commercial agreements.
• Management of commercial margins.
• Development of key account plans.
• Prospecting new markets and developing the customer portfolio.
• Developing commercial activities with distributors, system integrators, OEMs, and key accounts.
• Managing and monitoring the sales of CAREL products and solutions.
• Identifying and monitoring projects throughout the Belgian territory.
• Developing specification activities with consulting engineering firms and key HVAC-R market stakeholders.
• Promoting new products, services, and CAREL digital solutions.
• Participating in trade fairs, professional events, and local marketing activities.
• Ensuring regular reporting through the Group CRM system.
• Contributing to the preparation of the annual sales budget and sales forecasts.
