Aston Soha is seeking an Architect - Project Manager to oversee major real estate development projects from design to delivery in Brussels. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure adherence to high standards of excellence across Belgium, Luxembourg, and France.

The role requires a Master’s degree in architecture or related field, 3–8 years’ PM experience, and fluency in French, Dutch, and English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–8 years of project management experience in real estate development, construction, or architecture.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; fluent in FR, NL, and EN.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full project lifecycle — from conception, design, and permitting through construction and delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with technical, financial, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Report regularly to management and key stakeholders on progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive sustainability and innovation initiatives within each project.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
