Job summary

Blue Harvest is seeking a Lead Engineer to design and automate cloud and on‑prem foundations for AI‑driven solutions in financial tech. You will guide teams, set technical direction, and shape engineering culture while growing your market impact.

You’ll mentor engineers, champion DevOps, and collaborate with clients to modernize their tech stacks, optimize costs, and drive innovation. Fluency in English is required, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams and setting technical direction.
• Strong Azure-based cloud platform design and scalable infra background.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, MLOps and cost optimization.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• English fluency; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust, secure, and scalable platforms on Azure (or on-prem).
• Lead AI infrastructure: automate deployment, serving, and monitoring of LLMs.
• Mentor engineers and promote DevOps culture.
• Collaborate with clients to modernize tech landscapes and reduce costs.
• Contribute to internal innovation and open source initiatives.
