Cronos Europa is building a talent pool of Application Support Engineers to support European Institutions. In this role you will assist in the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications used to manage complex EU programmes, services, and operations.

You will act as a key contact between users, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure high service quality and user satisfaction, with opportunities across Brussels and other EU locations depending

Qualifications

• Higher education degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Application Support, Service Desk, Helpdesk, IT Support, Business Application Support, or similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills.

Responsabilités

• Receive, analyse, and manage incidents, service requests, and user inquiries through various support channels.
• Provide first-line and/or second-line support for business applications and digital platforms.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions with development and infrastructure teams.
• Monitor application performance and ensure service continuity.
