Cegeka Belgium is seeking an experienced production planning specialist to lead Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementations for manufacturing clients. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure end-user adoption, while also guiding configurations of the in-house planning tool, MyPlan.

You will participate in presales activities, advise customers, and collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to position Cegeka as a trusted adviser in planning solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong production planning expertise and desire to guide manufacturing customers.
• Familiarity with planning tools (e.g. OMP) and D365 MRP is a plus, to be taught MyPlan.
• Proactive in presales activities and solution positioning.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French a plus.

Do you already have several years of experience in production planning as an internal planner with solid knowledge of Dynamics AX/D365 F&SCM, or are you a consultant specializing in production planning solutions such as OMP? Would you like to use your accumulated expertise to take on a leading role within Cegeka and become a specialist in this field? We are Cegeka Business Solutions Belgium, a team of around 300 passionate consultants working on innovative ERP and CRM projects using Microsoft's Dynamics 365 portfolio. We are specialists when it comes to complex ERP implementations within manufacturing environments, both in process and discrete manufacturing. Would you like to join our Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management team and be part of our growth story?

• Together with the project team, you will be responsible for implementing Dynamics 365 F&SCM for our customers. You will analyze business requirements, design the appropriate solution, and ensure a smooth transition and adoption by end users.
• As our internal production planning specialist, you will support and guide customers in all questions and decisions related to this domain.
• In addition to the standard Dynamics 365 F&SCM solution, you will also be the expert for our in-house developed planning tool, MyPlan. As such, you will play an active role in positioning the solution and further developing it together with the product team.
• Leveraging your expertise, you will actively contribute to presales activities, working closely with sales and delivery teams on RFP responses, customer workshops, advisory engagements, and solution positioning.
• As a trusted advisor, you will support colleagues with questions and challenges they encounter in their projects. You proactively share knowledge and keep colleagues informed about the latest product updates and releases.

What You Need To Succeed:

• You have built strong expertise in production planning and want to use these skills to help manufacturing companies evolve.
• You understand the underlying logic behind planning software (e.g. OMP) and are proficient in the use of it. Knowledge of the MRP tool within Dynamics 365 F&SCM is a plus but not a requirement. This will be taught together with our in-house developed tool MyPlan.
• You get things done and take an active role in the further development of our planning offering within Cegeka.
