Responsabilités

• Participating in the testing and analysis phases of new solutions.
• Contribute to the development of reporting systems and tools.
• Managing requests and incidents via a ticketing system.
• Providing functional support to internal and external users.
• Monitoring and optimising daily processes linked to the applications.
• Analysing any anomalies and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Contributing to development of business tools with the technical teams and acting as a key contact for suppliers on interface adjustments and tests.
