Qualifications

• Retail experience and customer-facing skills required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of products and merchandise standards preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate product information.
• Help develop 30-60-90 day plans to support department priorities and budgets.
• Create schedules to meet athlete traffic and payroll goals while maintaining service standards.
• Lead sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention of direct reports.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store policies and procedures.
