Nike retail stores recruit athletes to deliver a premium brand experience and expert product knowledge. You will serve customers, operate the cash register, restock shelves, and build compelling visual displays to inspire sales.

You will collaborate with Coaches and teammates, assist in training new staff, and help bridge online and in-store shopping. Flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts is required and prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling including weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Serve customers and deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist store leaders and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store operations (cash register, goods flow, displays) and link online/offline shopping.
• Inform customers about Nike products and services.
• Grow knowledge through training to stay updated on sales trends and culture.
