DXL Group in Belgium is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead guest-focused service and coach the team in a fast-paced setting. You will help meet sales plans, develop product knowledge, and uphold store standards while delivering an unmatched customer experience.

You will train and mentor staff, foster teamwork, and ensure operational procedures are followed to maximize guest satisfaction and store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree, a plus.
• 1 year of experience in an Assistant Store Manager role.
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Previous involvement working in a commission oriented environment, a plus.
• Willingness to travel to neighboring store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Ensure each guest feels welcomed by spending quality time and learning about needs.
• Assist Store Manager by ensuring the store meets sales plans and monitors service, inventory and expenses.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert with the ability to sell and market a broad range of apparel.
• Coach and train the sales team on selling skills, behaviors and procedures.
