Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Senior Architect specialized in Life Sciences, AI-driven Compliance, Quality & Regulatory activities in Belgium. You will shape local CQR offering, connect global and local teams, and accelerate AI adoption in regulatory and quality processes for clients.

You will lead architectural design, ensuring scalable, compliant solutions and contribute to proposals and thought leadership, collaborating across global and local teams to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Life Sciences with compliance, quality and regulatory domains.
• Strong architectural background delivering complex solutions combining regulatory requirements with digital/data-driven tech.
• Hands-on knowledge of Data & AI technologies in regulated environments, including validation and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architectures that integrate Data & AI within Life Sciences regulatory/quality frameworks.
• Bridge global CQR offerings with local Belgian client needs and translate into market-ready solutions.
• Support business development with proposals, client conversations, and thought leadership initiatives.
