IC Resources is seeking an experienced Digital IC Team Manager to lead a high-caliber digital design group in Belgium. You will own a team driving complex SoC projects from concept to silicon production, shaping technical direction and delivery across multiple programmes.

You will provide both technical leadership and people management across digital design, verification and implementation, maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency and execution while mentoring engineers and aligning

Qualifications

• Extensive digital IC design experience across long career.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams.
• Strong digital design flows and verification knowledge.
• Experience with complex SoC or mixed-signal products is desirable.
• Image sensor knowledge beneficial but not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of digital IC engineers.
• Provide technical guidance, resource planning and risk management.
• Drive design flows, methodologies and development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout product lifecycle.
