Axis Group is seeking a Compliance Validation Officer to strengthen our Belgian operation. You will validate AML/KYC processes and assist the Compliance Officer/AMLCO with risk assessments and regulatory reporting.

You will perform second-level reviews of onboarding, periodic reviews, and transaction monitoring, challenge KYT analyses, and contribute to updates of AML risk assessments and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in law, finance, economics or related field.
• 2–3 years of compliance experience in the financial sector (asset management, private banking or financial institution).
• Hands-on experience with second-level review or independent validation; strong AML/KYC understanding.

Responsabilités

• Provide independent validation as part of the second line of defense.
• Perform AML/KYC/KYT validation and ongoing monitoring.
• Review onboarding and periodic KYC records for quality and consistency.
• Challenge KYT analyses and atypical transactions identified by the first line.
