Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre is seeking an All-round Commis to join a dynamic, international team. You will be serving across all F&B outlets, ensuring guests have an outstanding experience with flexible schedules and a proactive, service-oriented approach.

The role emphasizes customer-facing service, multilingual communication (English, French, Dutch), and the ability to adapt to varying shifts in a vibrant hotel environment in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position.
• Experience in working in a bar and / or restaurant is a plus.
• Customer-oriented with good communication in English, French and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Amaze guests with excellent service and go the extra mile.
• Serve guests and look out for their needs.
• Work flexible shifts across all F&B outlets (breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, banqueting).
• Guide guests through menu choices with confidence.
• Monitor and improve service and guest satisfaction trends.
