Challenge Airlines is seeking a Crew Scheduling Officer to support the Flight Operations Manager and Scheduling department. The role focuses on maintaining crew numbers, rostering, and leave management across BE and MT operations.

Key tasks include fatigue checks, travel and hotel arrangements, training planning, and ensuring proper crew complements on all flights. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aviation industry and airline terminology is a plus.
• Excellent internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Experience in airline operations as Crew Scheduler/Officer is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Crew Scheduling Manager to maintain flight crew numbers and utilization.
• Check flight crew rosters for fatigue compliance before publication.
• Arrange cost-effective positioning and hotel accommodations for crew.
• Manage crew annual leave and ensure bookings within limits.
• Roster crew for Challenge Airlines BE and MT.
• Ensure flights have appropriate crew complement and coordinate with Network Planning.
• Collaborate with Training Officer on rostering initial and recurrent training.
• Monitor training expiration dates in conjunction with operations.
• Assist with reviewing flight documents, VISAs, passport validity and boarding passes.
• Foster positive relationships between crew and scheduling; support work-life balance.
• Carry out other tasks to improve efficiency and meet company needs.
