delaware BeLux is seeking an AI Business Engineer to guide clients through AI adoption with hands-on, no-code/low-code solutions. You will lead inspiration sessions, identify AI use cases, and craft a phased AI roadmap, while collaborating with business developers to win new engagements.

You’ll work client‑facing from day one, facilitating workshops and presenting to management. Proficiency in English and Dutch, plus willingness to travel, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Have a background in business, economics, IT, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with everyday AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Lovable.
• Able to stand in front of groups: facilitation, inspiration sessions, and management presentations.
• Strong instinct for business development: spot opportunities in client conversations.
• Builds no‑code/low‑code solutions and prototypes, not necessarily a developer.
• Able to create a roadmap and a solid business case for clients.
• Fluent English and Dutch language skills.
• Motivated to learn in a fast-moving AI landscape.
• Have a driver’s license and mobility to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI inspiration sessions with clients to demystify AI value and align leadership.
• Facilitate use case identification workshops to map processes with AI opportunities.
• Translate workshop output into a concrete, phased AI roadmap with quick wins.
• Build no‑code/low‑code AI solutions using Claude, Copilot, Studio, Lovable for demos.
• Coach end users to adopt AI-powered ways of working and ensure adoption metrics.
• Support business development by shaping proposals and client demos.
