delaware BeLux is seeking an AI Business Engineer to guide clients through AI adoption with hands-on, no-code/low-code solutions. You will lead inspiration sessions, identify AI use cases, and craft a phased AI roadmap, while collaborating with business developers to win new engagements.
You’ll work client‑facing from day one, facilitating workshops and presenting to management. Proficiency in English and Dutch, plus willingness to travel, are essential for success in this role.
We’re hiring AI Business Engineers to join our Business Transformation & Adoption (BTA) practice.
AI is changing how organizations work, and our clients are looking for partners who can guide them through that change — not just with theory, but with hands‑on solutions. As an AI Business Engineer, you’ll be that partner. You’ll sit down with clients to understand how they work today, identify where AI can genuinely move the needle, and then help build it: from a quick prototype to a full adoption roadmap.
This is a client-facing role from day one. You’ll lead workshops, run AI inspiration sessions for management teams, and work side by side with our business development colleagues to bring new clients on board. No two weeks look the same — one day you might be facilitating a use case identification workshop with a client’s leadership team, the next you’re building a Claude skill or a quick Copilot prototype, and the day after that you’re pitching an AI roadmap to a steering committee.
A quick note on the technical side: this isn’t a deep‑tech AI role. You don’t need to be a data scientist or know how to train models. What matters is that you’re comfortable working with everyday AI tools — Claude, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Lovable, and similar — and that you can use them to build practical no‑code/low‑code solutions: setting up a custom skill, automating a personal workflow, or putting together a quick prototype to show a client what’s possible. When a use case calls for a more complex, production‑grade AI solution, our specialist teams take it from there — your job is to spot the opportunity, validate it, and bring the first version to life.
You’ll join our Business Transformation & Adoption practice, the team that helps clients rethink how they work — not just what systems they use. AI is one of the biggest levers we have right now, and you’ll be one of the people putting it into practice across industries and clients. You’ll work closely with consultants from other teams, and with our sales teams to grow our AI footprint in the market.
delaware has offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, and Wavre, but we embrace a "where you work best" policy: we work where we work best, when we work best.
