Accenture PLC in Belgium is seeking a strategy consultant to help clients define data and AI strategies and build value from AI and data initiatives.

You will shape enterprise AI strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, and embed Responsible AI while engaging senior stakeholders in large-scale delivery. A strong foundation in data/AI strategy and business acumen is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with data strategy, AI strategy experience is a plus.
• Engineering problem-solver mindset — ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship building skills.

You are part of the team advising clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You help define enterprise, industry-specific and function-specific AI and data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech-driven transformations. You translating complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior client stakeholders, leading workstreams and large-scale delivery, and tying AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

• Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.
• Assess maturity of an organization’s AI and data foundation. Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
