Accenture is seeking a Data & AI Delivery Lead to drive the data and AI agenda for key clients. You will shape vision, own the roadmap, and lead teams to turn opportunities into measurable value at scale.

You combine data architecture depth with hands-on delivery leadership, guiding multi-disciplinary squads in Agile environments and advising C-suite stakeholders on governance, responsible AI, and platform choices. Your storytelling unlocks real value from data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (CS/Engineering/Info Mgmt).
• 8+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or data & AI delivery with leadership experience.
• Deep hands-on data architecture and modeling (conceptual/logical/physical).
• Fluency in modern data & AI landscape across platforms, pipelines, ML, and Gen/Agent AI.
• Delivery leadership in Agile/Scrum; Product Owner or architecture cert valued.
• Stakeholder influence from C-suite to engineering; advisory storytelling.
• Governance awareness with data security and privacy; Collibra/Alation familiarity.
• Communication: bilingual or trilingual English + Dutch/French.

• Connect value to outcomes by defining success criteria and tracking adoption.
