Elia Group Brussels-based AI Security Specialist role focusing on secure AI lifecycle management. You collaborate with CISO, Data & Platform, and Engineering teams to identify risks, implement safeguards, and ensure compliant AI deployments.

You will drive risk assessment, gating, and monitoring while promoting best practices across the organization. The role blends security, compliance, and innovation in a critical energy infrastructure context.

• Strong background in AI/ML systems and risk management, including LLMs, agents, and RAG architectures.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the AI risk management framework.
• Build and manage an AI risk register and safety case library.
• Conduct risk assessments of AI systems.
• Ensure alignment with EU AI Act risk classifications.
• Define and validate AI security requirements and testing strategies.
• Approve AI systems for production through security gating and validation.
• Design continuous monitoring and lead incident response processes for AI systems.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001).
• Work with the Central AI Team, CISO, Data & Platform, and Engineering/Architectures teams.
• Promote AI security best practices and awareness.
