AT RECRUITMENT is seeking a DevOps Engineer with AI affinity to join a fast-growing European fintech scale-up from Antwerp. You will own cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code, collaborating with a small team under the CTO to shape the platform.

The role emphasizes security, compliance and reliability in a highly regulated fintech environment, with 2-3 days per week in Antwerp, a competitive salary, and strong autonomy.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in DevOps/Platform Engineering or a similar role.
• Strong experience with GCP and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform and Argo CD/GitOps.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD, preferably with GitLab or GitHub.
• Strong scripting skills, preferably with Python; Bash or TypeScript also useful.
• A solid understanding of security and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Manage and evolve cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or GitHub.
• Manage Kubernetes workloads and deployments via GitOps and Argo CD.
• Work primarily with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with exposure to AWS/Azure.
• Support developers with debugging, deployments and issues to boost efficiency.
• Contribute to a secure, reliable infrastructure in a regulated fintech environment.
• Focus on security, identity management, secrets, certificates and tenant isolation.
• Contribute to monitoring, reliability and incident management.
