The role requires strong Python, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and GCP experience, with a startup/scale-up mindset and ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience with Python 3.10+ and modern web frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration.
• Proven cloud experience on Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes.
• Experience building full-stack solutions in startup or scale-up environments.
• Excellent English communication and independent working style.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain Python web services and application modules.
• Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues to enable effective service communication.
• Build custom solutions and automate tasks for risk and data analytics teams.
• Advise teams on technologies, tools, and architectures for projects.
• Establish scalable development practices, reusable modules, and clear code docs.
• Contribute to AI-based regression testing and data-driven processes.
