V-IT NV is seeking a Platform Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical implementation for a GenAI platform in Antwerpen. You will maintain an overview of platform usage, data flows, and help elevate use cases to deliver greater impact.

You will translate business needs into concrete technical requirements, support user stories, and collaborate with POD teams and sponsors to shape platform governance and deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an analyst in a technical/software-oriented development team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Ambition to create value for the business and dive deep into technical translation.
• Proficiency in platform architecture, API integrations, Azure cloud, multi-agent systems, architectural documentation tools, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Gather requirements from PODs teams working on the GenAI platform to expand default components.
• Assist end users in expanding the main application or reasoning engine.
• Collaborate with project sponsors to steer the direction of the GenAI platform.
• Translate business needs into concrete technical requirements and support the creation of user stories.
• Create an overview of POD/deployment-specific solutions through diagrams and documentation.
• Monitor the functional and non-functional status of different platform deployments.
• Act as a main contact from the platform team to support and direct support cases, feature requests, and new use-cases.
• Support the creation and expansion of platform governance and processes, including access management, support model, standardization, testing processes, communication, and inter-team workings.

Platform Analyst Role

We are building the foundation for next-generation GenAI solutions. Our team designs, develops, and maintains the core components and services that empower business partners to create innovative, agent-driven value cases. As the platform analyst, you will be the bridge between business requirements and the technical implementation. You will maintain a clear overview of platform usage, data flows, and help elevate use cases to deliver greater impact.

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from Product Oriented Development (PODs) teams working on our GenAI platform to expand default components.
• Assist end users in expanding the main application or reasoning engine.
• Collaborate with project sponsors to steer the direction of the GenAI platform.
• Translate business needs into concrete technical requirements and support the creation of user stories.
• Create an overview of POD/deployment-specific solutions through diagrams and documentation.
• Monitor the functional and non-functional status of different platform deployments.
